THOMAS MTI is a company of the Thomas Greg & Sons group, specialized in information management and process management through technological and operational services. The company has been certified by Icontec on the ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO45001, NTC 5801 standards and certifications of the Colombian Council of Security and Uniform Registration for Contractors, providing our customers with high standards of security, confidentiality, availability and integrity of information.
History
1955 Thomas de la Rue de Colombia S.A. is established
1991 Thomas de la Rue de Colombia S.A. is acquired by Thomas Greg & Sons Ltd.
2005 THOMAS MTI is created to provide security, management and administration of information processes.
2016 THOMAS MTI changes its business model from UEN to process management

Responsabilidad Social
CARING FOR THE PLANET: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Environmental Management System is based on ISO 14001, which guides our compliance with legislation and provides minimum standards in each branch.
Goal: prevent and mitigate environmental company’s activities impacts.
Also, we extend environmental management to the entire value chain through different methods: audits to suppliers; training to employees, and sensibilization programs to customers and other interest groups.
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Since 2016, our company participates in the Environmental Management Program of the District Secretary for the Environment. In 2019, THOMAS MTI achieved recognition at Level III Environmental Management Systems with its Strategy Acercar. In 2020, THOMAS MTI participated actively to achieve Level IV of Environmental Excellence.
BICYCLE DONATION
THOMAS MTI distributes bicycles to facilitate the mobility of our staff to reduce the carbon footprint and the risk of contagion by COVID-19, thus transforming the lives and mobility of our employees.
TECHO FOUNDATION
The Techo Colombia Foundation works to transform the informal settlements of millions of people in a poverty situation. THOMAS MTI, committed to social responsibility, participates in joint actions with its workers in housing construction, improving the quality of life of needy families.
POST-CONSUMER PROGRAMS
Thanks to the Post-consumer Waste Program of the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development, which promotes the proper management of post-consumer waste, containers have been arranged in the different THOMAS MTI branches and cities. In those containers, workers can carry out the adequate disposal of expired batteries and medicines, and then, they are delivered to collection points in the city of Bogotá.
PLASTIC CLOSURES PROGRAM
THOMAS MTI collects and donates plastic Closures to the Fundación Sol en Los Andes, which raises awareness about caring for the planet. This Foundation provides resources for feeding children with hemato-oncological diseases and their carers accommodated at Casa Betania in Bogotá.
