FAQ

The THOMAS MTI team enjoys and works along the lines of corporate principles, providing our customers with a service that suits their needs:

Just as we have all the specialized physical infrastructure for the custody of physical documents in compliance with the standards established by the AGN, we offer technological solutions that complement the document management models and that allow adequate information flows within your organization. The BPM models – Workflow and document managers are solutions that adjust to the specific needs of your company’s document management models.

We have a team of professionals specialized in the elaboration and application of Documentary Retention Tables (DRT), elaboration and application of Documentary Valuation Tables (DVT), administration of processes based on documents and Documentary Administration Centers (DAC). All these processes leveraged by technological solutions that allow you to carry the traceability and control of information.

We apply analysis and identification tools in the related documentary series resulting from the whole document management process of your organization, in 2 phases:
Identification: It is the analysis of the organization and functions of natural or legal individuals (public or private) and of the documentary series they produce. This phase is the basis for document assessment, archival organization, description, standardization, and access to documents.
Valuation: This is the study and analysis of the administrative, legal, fiscal, accounting, informative and historical characteristics of the documents that form part of a documentary series obtained through identification that allows the values of the documentary series to be determined. This takes place in order to establish the periods of permanence in the different phases of archiving and their transfer; their possible elimination or their temporary or permanent conservation and the access regime that affects them.
