With more than 15 years of experience in Information Custody, we offer the storage services for magnetic media in warehouses equipped with security systems under the standards established in the rules of document management and temperature and humidity conditions suitable for the custody of tapes and magnetic media that allow us to guarantee the conservation of information over time.
THOMAS MTI has a physical infrastructure and specialized staff to handle the documents in its custody. The document units are stored in bags and boxes in order to guarantee their correct storage and conservation. The infrastructure has controls for relative humidity, temperature, access, video cameras, internal and external monitoring, pest control, fire detection systems and ventilation, among others.
THOMAS MTI offers financial institutions the possibility of carrying out processes prior to the legal stages through strict documentary control. The processes for this product are carried out in an efficient manner to improve document recovery and delivery times, guaranteeing timely collections management.
